Yesterday, Samuel wasn't wearing his helmet when he was riding his bike, so I took away his bike for the day (The Military Police will give the kids a ticket if they are not riding a helmet) While I was cleaning up after dinner, Samuel snuck out of the house and went to the street next to ours, and borrowed another kid's bike (he had permission from him)but no helmet, and then got going too fast Samuel and crashed, and he landed hard on the road. The kid's Dad picked him up, and got him a towel (his nose was bleeding a lot)and carried him home. I think Samuel has learned his lesson the hard way about wearing helmets.
